Flow

• After applying for the service, please send the product to our head office (Minami Aoyama) in a way that can be tracked.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
• After confirming the product, we will send you an email with a quotation.
• Please inform us of your approval and payment method (bank transfer or credit settlement) if you wish to apply officially.
• We will work at our atelier (Kitakami).
• Once the product is completed, we will send the product back to you at our expense.

Check-in period
About 3~5 weeks after receiving the product

• You can only accept our products.
• Repair does not include refresh (washing~finishing).
  Please let us know if you wish to refresh.We will add it to your quote.
