While we receive many orders during peak season and our factory operates at full capacity, the spring/summer period is generally off-season when factory operations are calmer.

UTO's "Ethical Price" is a special initiative to protect the "employment" and "skills" of artisans at the Iwate factory and to continue producing the finest garments.

By placing your order outside of the peak season, artisans can take their time to carefully craft "a garment just for you."

We offer the Ethical Price as a thank you for your cooperation in keeping our factory operational during the off-season and facilitating planned production.
